Ingredients:
- Chicken drumsticks: 6-8 pieces
- Curd: 1/2 cup
- Ginger-garlic paste: 2 tablespoons
- Red chili powder: 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala powder: 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Chaat masala: for sprinkling
- Fresh coriander leaves: for garnish
Instructions:
- Make deep cuts on the chicken drumsticks with a sharp knife.
- In a bowl, mix curd, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice, salt, and oil to make the marinade.
- Marinate the chicken drumsticks in the prepared marinade for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Arrange the marinated chicken drumsticks on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil.
- Bake the chicken drumsticks in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through, turning halfway through the cooking time.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken drumsticks from the oven and sprinkle with chaat masala and fresh coriander leaves before serving.
