Ingredients:
- Chicken leg pieces (boneless): 500g
- Onion: 2, finely chopped
- Tomato: 2, finely chopped
- Green chilies: 2-3, slit
- Ginger-garlic paste: 2 tablespoons
- Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder: 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder: 1 tablespoon
- Garam masala powder: 1 teaspoon
- Curry leaves: a handful
- Salt to taste
- Oil: 3-4 tablespoons
- Fresh coriander leaves: for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become a paste.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the chicken leg pieces (boneless) to the masala mixture and coat them well.
- Pour coconut milk into the pan and mix well. Cover and cook until the chicken is tender.
