Ingredients:
- 500g Sneha Fresh Minced Chicken
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Lemon wedges and mint chutney for serving
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Sneha Fresh Minced Chicken with finely chopped onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well to combine all the ingredients evenly.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into small round kebabs or patties.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan or tava over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, place the minced chicken kebabs in the pan, leaving some space between each kebab. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Once cooked, transfer the kebabs to a serving plate.
- Serve the minced chicken kebabs hot with lemon wedges and mint chutney on the side.
